Programming includes tutoring services at both the elementary and middle school levels which provide a unique model that utilizes student tutor/mentors from Pagosa High School who are supervised by certified teachers. Students are recommended to the program by their classroom teachers who provide the mentor/tutor with tutoring instructions specific to an individual student’s needs. Additionally, enrichment and constructive activities are provided as part of the after-school program as additional options for the student who does not wish to participate in the tutoring program.
