The GED tests measure the major academic skills and concepts
associated with four years of regular high school instruction.
They provide an opportunity for persons who have not graduated from
high school to earn a high school equivalency diploma. The GED
tests measure competency in five areas: Language Arts-Writing,
Social Studies, Science, Language Arts - Reading, and
Mathematics.
Who is eligible to take the GED
tests?
Adults 17 years of age or older.
The diploma earned for passing the 5 GED tests is widely
recognized by colleges, training schools, employers and the United
States Armed Services.

Please make sure you are pre-registered for
the tests. Students will not be allowed to take the tests
without pre-registering and proper I.D.
Online GED This
program is for students interested in studying but do not have the
time to come into the office or just want to study at home.
Students must be at or above an 8th grade level.
